Building More Than Windows and Doors
As a family-owned Ontario manufacturer since 1959, Dayside understands the importance of strong community connections. Our work is about more than the products we manufacture and install. It is also about the people who use them and the experiences that happen inside each building.
We are grateful when our products and experience can contribute to organizations doing meaningful work. By helping improve their facilities, these organizations can remain focused on delivering programs, supporting young people and serving their communities.

Tim Horton Onondaga Farms
Dayside was proud to provide windows and doors for Tim Horton Onondaga Farms, part of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. Located across 400 acres of rolling hills and wetlands, Onondaga Farms offers young people an immersive camp experience surrounded by nature.
Campers explore the working barn and Eco Centre, participate in creative arts and music, and enjoy the nine-acre pond, challenge courses, archery and group games. These experiences encourage participants to try new things while developing confidence, teamwork and lasting friendships.
The work of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps extends beyond summer camp. The organization provides multi-year leadership development programming at camps, in schools and within communities across North America. Since 1974, it has worked with more than 325,000 young people through experiences that strengthen social and emotional skills.
The no-cost Tims Classrooms program also brings hands-on skill development to Grade 5 and 6 students, including young people in Brantford and Hamilton.
By helping improve the facilities at Onondaga Farms with new windows and doors, Dayside contributed to the spaces where this important work happens. We are proud that our products can be part of a place helping young people recognize their potential and prepare for their futures.
Campfire Bible Camp
Dayside was also proud to provide windows and doors for Campfire Bible Camp. Founded in 1997 as an outreach project of Cornerstone Canadian Reformed Church in Hamilton, the camp was created to share the Christian gospel with children and youth in the city.
Campfire is committed to serving children and youth, particularly those experiencing socioeconomic hardship or marginalization. Campers and volunteers from different cultural and economic backgrounds come together in an environment that encourages understanding, empathy and an appreciation for others.
The camp’s vision is to provide a fun and supportive Christian environment that encourages individual growth, leadership and maturity. Its 160-acre property along the Saugeen River includes rolling hills, open meadows, forests, ponds and trails for paddling, swimming, hiking and other outdoor activities.
The windows and doors provided by Dayside help improve facilities used by campers, staff and volunteers. We are proud to support an organization that creates opportunities for young people while building stronger connections throughout Hamilton and the surrounding area.
