One of our certified roofing specialists will visit your home and assess the current condition of your roof, checking for missing shingles, damaged flashing, ventilation issues, and ice dam risk. No ladders on your end, no fee, no pressure. Most inspections take under an hour and you'll receive a written assessment with photos before we leave.

We'll walk you through the full GAF lineup and help you find the right shingle for your home's style and budget. Use the GAF Virtual Home Remodeler to preview colours on a photo of your actual home before committing to anything. If financing makes the decision easier, we'll walk through your 0% options here too.

GAF-certified crew

Our crew arrives on the agreed date, removes your existing shingles down to the deck, and installs the complete GAF system layer by layer. Ice and Water Shield goes in at all eaves, the underlayment is set, then the shingles and ridge cap go on last. Most residential roofs are completed in a single day and your driveway is left clean when we're done.

Before we leave we walk the finished roof with you, answer any questions, and register your GAF warranty in your name the same day. Your Silver Pledge coverage protects both the materials and our workmanship, and the WindProven warranty covers unlimited wind speed. We send you a written copy of everything so nothing gets lost.
